Los Primos means “the cousins”, and it’s owned by four of them: Sam, Eddie, James and Anna. Their family’s love of Spain goes back to the 1940s, when their grandparents moved to Mallorca and settled in the village of Estellencs, where their mothers grew up. Every generation since has spent its summers there, and the cousins have also lived in Madrid, Barcelona and Andalucía. Along the way, the local cervecería became part of everyday life: coffee and churros in the morning, a vermut at midday, then cañas and tapas that turn into a long night. Los Primos is their tribute to it.
