Named for eight cousins: Sam, Eddie, James and Anna Hart and three generations before them.

It started with Vladimir and Helen Daskaloff, who moved to Mallorca in the 1940s and built a family home and artist's studio in the hillside village of Estellencs. Their daughters grew up there; their grandchildren and great-grandchildren still do, spending summers on the same stone steps. Since then, the family's spent years across Barcelona, Madrid and Andalucía - long enough for a cervecería to feel like a memory worth recreating.
